  Dennis Hackethal addressed criticism #5465.

#2201 says someone can post “I have an inexplicit criticism” and make the parent idea problematic. But that status then applies to everyone, even though only the person with the criticism has any reason to hesitate. If the question is whether to feed a dog food X, must everyone avoid food X until that person explains their criticism? If not, “an inexplicit criticism gives other users no usable reason to reject this idea” seems to answer almost every placeholder criticism of this kind. How can an inexplicit criticism change the public status of an idea before it has any content?
